We greatly appreciate you for shoping with us!  Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept returns nor exchanges. 

Due to the nature of our products, all products sold and distributed by LaMarNa Luxury Body Products are final sale and are not available for refund. Please choose carefully.  If your product(s) are damaged upon arrival, do not hesitate to contact us so we can resolve the issue.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate and amend the issue.  Please contact us at: lamarna@yahoo.com.

Once order is processed, customer should receive order within 3-7 business days with standard shipping. We offer no guarantee as other circumstances such as weather or circumstances beyond our control can alter delivery time, but we promise to do our best for timely processing. Orders placed Friday (after 12 p.m.), Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. Please expect a delay with orders placed during the busy holiday season.

• Our butters are all naural.  They may softe and or melt in transit to you.  Especially in warmer months.  This will not affect the quality of the product.  Body butters are sensitive to extreme temperatures ( cold or hot) and are best stored in a cooll, dry place.  If your product is melted, please place in fridge for about an hour to restore to original form.
• All packages are packed with extra precaustions to secure the product. If any questions or concerns, please contact us.
• Natural skin care products are not a medication, and we can only make recommendations for suitability  of our products in certain skin ailments and or conditions.   Any recommendations accepted bya purchaser are done so at the purchaser own ris.
• By purchasing our products you accept responsibility to check with a professional before using any products that may interfere with drugs or medical conditions.
• By purchasing our producys you recognize and accept the fact that some natural ingredients, essential oils and fragrance oils in particular, may still cause sensitivity in susceptible individuals and that LaMarNa Luxury Body Products will not be held responsible for such an occurence.  We encourage those with sensitive skin to select our unscented products and performa patch test on the skin for possible reactions.

Patch Test

Stay safe and test your skin to check for a reaction from any new products that you are going to use or introduce on your skin.  Appl a small amount of any new LaMarNa products to clean skin on the inside of your elbow.  Cover and leave for 24 hours.  If a rash or redness appears, do not use this product.
